Las Vegas Tours with Hotel Pickup: How It Works and What to Expect

One of the most common questions we get before a booking: "Do I need to get myself somewhere, or do you pick me up?" The answer for every single Marvit Tour: we pick you up. At your hotel. At the time listed on your confirmation. No rideshare, no confusing meeting point, no stress about being late.

Here's exactly how hotel pickup works, which hotels are covered, and what to do if you're not staying on the Strip.

Which Hotels Are Covered?

Pickup is included from 200+ hotels across the Las Vegas Strip and the Fremont Street area downtown. This covers virtually every major hotel in the city — from Caesars Palace and the Bellagio on the Strip to the Golden Nugget and Circa downtown.

  • All major Strip hotels — MGM Grand, Bellagio, Caesars, Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Palazzo, Paris, Bally's, Flamingo, Harrah's, Rio, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, New York-New York, Park MGM, Aria, Vdara, and more.
  • Fremont Street / Downtown — Golden Nugget, Circa, D Las Vegas, Four Queens, El Cortez, and surrounding properties.
  • Off-Strip hotels within the Las Vegas metro area — contact us to confirm your specific property.
  • Airport hotels — most Las Vegas airport-area hotels are covered. Confirm at booking.

Not sure if your hotel is covered? Message us on WhatsApp or email before booking — we'll confirm within a few hours.

How Pickup Works, Step by Step

The process is straightforward and designed to remove all logistics stress from your morning.

  • After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with your pickup time and the designated pickup location at your hotel (usually the main entrance or a specific hotel door).
  • On the day of the tour, be at the designated spot 5 minutes before your pickup time. Our driver will be there at the listed time.
  • You'll be picked up in a clean, air-conditioned executive van — comfortable for the full day.
  • No need to find a meeting point, navigate to a depot, or arrange separate transportation.
  • At the end of the tour, you're dropped back at your hotel.

Pickup times are specific to your hotel location and tour. The confirmation email includes your exact pickup time — not a general departure time. On longer tours (Antelope Canyon, Bryce + Zion), pickups begin very early to account for drive time.

Why Hotel Pickup Matters More Than You Think

Las Vegas doesn't have great public transit options for day trips. Rideshare from the Strip to a tour depot can cost $20–35 each way, adds 30+ minutes to your morning, and introduces a variable you don't control. Starting and ending your day at your hotel removes that friction entirely.

It also means you can actually sleep in the extra 30 minutes. For long-day tours like Antelope Canyon (departure 4:30–5:00 AM from most hotels), every minute of sleep counts.

All Marvit Tours Include Hotel Pickup
